Ingredients

  • 300ml Cranberry juice or water
  • 33g Velife Protein Superblend
  • 200g Frozen or Fresh mixed berries (Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry etc..)
  • Ice cubes (Optional if using fresh fruits)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
