Vegan Superfood Granola Energy Bars

  • 200g Medjool dates
  • 50g walnuts
  • 50g pecan nuts
  • 25g almonds
  • 50g hemp seeds
  • 25g flaked coconut
  • 25g goji berries
  • 25g pumpkin seeds
  • 25g cacao powder
  • 100g granola
  • 100g peanut butter
  • 50g cacao nibs
  • 2 scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder. We use Velife Protein Superblend.


  1. Add dates, walnuts, pecan nuts, almonds, goji berries, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds and granola into a food processor or large blender and mix until everything is well mixed and ground into small pieces.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients, mix with your hands until well combined. Add small amounts of warm water until you get a dough like texture and everything sticks together.
  3. Line a rectangle or square baking dish with baking paper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press firmly.
  5. Refrigerate for a least 1 hour before cutting into 12 equal portions.
